Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the item in its original crate or packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the RMA label clearly on the outside of the package and ship the item via a trackable freight or parcel service to our designated return center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for condition and completeness, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
